They want a lot of money for a poorly done vehicle. If they would have spent some time and effort on the details making it look professionally done, they would get more interest. It looks like it was a backyard done project. I'd love to see more of the mechanicals. Based on fit and finish, I would not be interested unless it was 1/3 the price. With just a 6 banger, and the extra weight of the jetski etc, i'll bet it's a dog on the road. The Harley muffler sticking up looks like an afterthought, wires hanging out, and pop-rivets all over.
I wonder what they did about the stock drivetrain (diffs, tranny, brakes etc) to keep water out of them. None of that is designed to be submurged. It takes 6 (yes, 6!) bilge pumps to keep it afloat, that alone in enough for me to say it needs to be properly designed.
Great idea, poor execution.
