Fuel shutoff device - question

should it heat up? Mine goes from 70F...to 102F in 30 minutes or staying on -
(and thats on the bench- not even in a hot trunk compartment)

are these numbers correct?
amp draw is .38 amp
impedance is 28 ohms
both numbers stay the same

In addition to getting quite warm, it seems to restrict flow after a half hour as well
note: when i bought the car, it had been taken out and bypassed - maybe this is why?

>> One fellow told me it should NOT get warm - whats your experience?
