Semi-native Floridians

On Sunday Dec 7th around noon we are going to meet Vic Nelson, Dave Monier &
someone else at the Inn on the Green. They want to make the Mt Dora Amphicar
experience better. Sounds good to me but they aren't going to take their cars.
Do you want to go on an Amphi adventure? We are interested in going from lake
to lake. We did a bit of that when we were at the Antique Outboard Motor Club
in Winter Haven. Tommy fits right in with the 90 year old (plus) crowd. At 52
I think iI was the youngest person there. They have 3.5 HP motor races. They
sound like a pack of bumblebees buzzing around.
Red Green is back on WUSF - channel 16 but at 5:30PM on Saturdays.

Chris & I will meet you there. Are you going to bring your Amphicar?
If so, we'll bring ours. If not, we'll drive the R/T. Ray

Ray, Pat, wives and etc. -
Thanks for the update. I too look forward to meeting you, Pat, and your
wife (assuming you see this on the internet. I guess you were at Mount Dora 2
years ago, as I am given to understand, so we've doubtless met you, but I don't
remember. I was glad to hear that you were able to take advantage of that J.
Drew photo shoot. They badly wan't an aqua colored Amphi, but I told them it
was 300 miles away for us and with other things on our schedule it was not

Rovetto. He lives less than one mile from me in Clermont. Pat & his
wife & Chris & me will be coming to the Inn on the Green this Sunday.
Weather permitting Pat & I will be driving our Amphicars. See ya all

Hi,
Hope you don't mind me "butting in", nut I love Amphacars, ans I was at a
Amphacar get together at Mt Dora either last year or the one before. I
haven't been able to get a line on when or if another one is scheduled. I
would really appreciate it if you or anyone else would let me know when one
will be happening. My son in PA. has one he is in the process of restoring.

Janet, The Mt. Dora Antiuqe Boat Show is held the last weekend in
March. What's when we'll be there. P.S. Do you know a Kevin that
