Kinda wierd...

...to fill up the fuel tank without stopping by a lake first! I've
been driving the Amphicar in my daily errands since I am awaiting my
truck's tranny to come back from the re-builder. 100+ miles in the
last 2 days alone.

You meet the nicest folks when you're in an Amphi and I have met
quite a few. One gentleman I met yesterday @ Home Depot had a great
Amphi story that will have to wait until I get more info! Neither
Dave or Mike knows about this one!

twins separated at birth, remaining somehow subject to similar
