Hi Everyone!
Congratulations to all the winners at Celina this year, Allan
Woodcock, Mike Bayman, and Mike Israel. Mike Israel is back with
his beautifully restored Amphicar. Good job, Dave!
Steve Behnke's Amphicar car cover is a "perfect fit". I bought one
for my car. Order directly from Steve. His pricing is every bit as
good as his quality.
Brad Swager introduced a master spare tire cover board kit of
professional carpentry quality. His selling price is under $200.00,
for all five horizontal and vertical pieces. The vertical side
pieces are slightly higher to accommodate a radial tire. The metal
spare tire mounting dish is not included. But you can use your old
one or order one from us. The gray finishing paint is exquisite.
Forty seven of our new front bumper assemblies found new homes (or
should I say Amphicars). A surprising number of owners picked up
two sets of bumpers! At first, I thought our price must be too
low . . . not so. Owners of multiple Amphicars are bringing them
back to life.
At the tech session, we were asked when our taillight, eyebrow and
hood mouldings will arrive. We expect them about the end of
September. Thirty one sets of our chrome-like, aluminum mouldings
are probably already fastened to some very happy Amphicars! One
owner bought four sets!! Okay, just be patient. The quality of our
other mouldings will be the same as Celina, and our pricing will be
just as fabulous.
All of us, Shellee, Sandy, Scott, Bob, Jeani and myself, want to
express our thanks and gratitude for your support. Together with
you, we are truly bringing Amphicar back.
