Swim-in dates and such....

OK, I have only 2 dates listed for Texas Swim-ins (now on-line). Are
there any others that need listed? DAVE???? ROGER???? (Roger, please
allow us more time this year! )

If there are any that should be listed, PLEASE tell me now while I can
make some time to get it done.

I have been up to my ears in work (2 different shops) lately, so I
have not had enough time to do all I wanted to do on the site and for
the club. I have been trying set aside some time to try to get some
loose ends taken care of.

Orillia, Ontario Canada is June 22 to the 24th. According to Gord the
best motel to try for is Highwayman inn/1-800 461 0269. Unsure of the
events, times, etc planned.

I did read something regarding the Boston event on the digest (can't
find now) and one of the contact persons was Ron Trudeau. Something
about a head count was needed for a barbeque?

Hi!

It looks like the June Swim-in for one of the Texas Swim-in's will be
June 23rd. The other one is this weekend in Austin!

We're trying to get the media involved and would like to get an idea of
how many amphi's we can expect. You can email Dan or Kathy Gibson at:
dkgibson3@tx.rr.com if you think you might be able to come. We also need
to know if you'll be coming so we can make sure we have enough food!

It will be a low key event, but we're planning to have lots of fun! More
details to follow.

is still TBD (Lake Hodges or Miramar or San
Vicente). Coast Living magazine will be there
to do a feature story on the life and times
of the Amphicar amphibious community.
