Stalling, then will restart?

Our Amphicar has started to have an issue last year. It starts fine, runs for about 5 minutes, then stalls, after 1 minute it will restart, then do over again. I put a new carburetor, fuel pump, new ignition coil, blew out the fuel vent. I put new spark plugs in it, it seems to run a little longer, but still stalls, then restarts, and does all over again. It does run better with all the new stuff, but still stalls. I have not drained the fuel and put new fuel, I have added fresh, but did not drain old. I put a 50/50 mix of 93 Octane, and 100 Leaded fuel which I have always did, but maybe old? Any thoughts or anyone have this problem before? Thanks for the Help!
 
My car did that many years ago and then stopped all together. I happened to take the coil wire off and it was full of oil. All the oil in the coil drained out(because it's mounted upside down) and that was it. A new coil fixed the problem. I think you can test the coil if yours hasn't leaked.
 
Thanks, I put a new coil in and it was doing the same thing as the old one. It has a Pertronix Ignitor that replaced the points in the distributor before I bought the car, my guess is it is going bad. There is no model number on it, if anyone knows what the part number is, that would be a huge help! I ordered one, but I had to guess, if anyone has upgraded and can let me know what model they used, it would be very helpful! Thanks for your help!
