Question on Gas Pedal

Hi,
Can anybody help tell me how the triangle piece gets attached to the gas pedal linkage?

I have attached a picture. A B and C holes. B is real close to the edge. C and B are closer together then A

So please help me match up. Cable, Floor mount and Linkage to Gas pedal.

A Floor Mount
B Cable
C Gas Pedal Linkage
