I have read & re-read the Maintenance sections for the front and rear
suspension, but I sure can't find a spec for the torque for tightening first
large hex nut (Part # 5-21-15 for the front) on the axle shaft. I read a
reference where it says "finger tighten" the first nut, and then jam-lock the
second nut to the first.
That would put just about no compression on those two rather stiff Belleville
washers. Is this "finger-tighten" really the right way?
