You may want to check out this post in General Amphicar Discussion... "ImaBoat for sale or loan during Celina" if I am reading your posts right...you two may be only a couple of hours away from each other.

I think we talked at Frankenmuth on the weekend last.. Yes. I forgot about that postings, looks like a good leed.
There are many Knowlegeable Amphicar people in the area, make sure you take one of them with you or meet there etc.
I never did get out to see your mustang or all the other cars, before we knew it it was 8pm and raining!
I can put you in touch with local owners ,that may go with you , email me off line.

BuckeyeFloater. Thanks for lead, it was just what we were looking for. Bought the car on Wed and in the water on Thur. My wife is very very happy.

SnowBird yes it was nice meeting you and talking you at the Frankenmuth show. That has to be one of the best show around. Took home best Ohio car with my model A woody.
