Hi Bill,
Cap'n John is a wiper motor expert. If your motor is running slow it needs to
be oiled. If it does not "park" correctly the Cap'n knows just how to correct
that. I am not aware of a VW fit. If you change your car from positive to
negative ground the wipers will park a little higher than normal. Good luck
