Why not mowing attachments?

<table>Am at my Dad's house with the Amphicar and my Dad and two of his neighbors were
congregated in the corner of the lot with their riding lawn mowers so I pulled up in the
Amphicar. One of them said, "You don't have a mowing blade." implying I couldn't be
part of their group. I told them I was going to use the propellor shafts as PTOs and
drag two mowing decks behind me. Given that the folks who made the Jeep after the
war tried to market it as an alternative to the tractor, it's a wonder that when Amphicar
sales slumped, they didn't try to market it as a boat car that could also mow your lawn
and till your garden. I'll look into converting my car into a lawn tractor first thing tomorrow.
