My 67 came with CEAT (pronounced che-at) which I believe is an Italian
supplier. They had massive 4 inch whitewalls.

Wonder what the percentage of cars with them was? my car is a late one.

My 66 amphi came with Ceat tires also. Heck, they even passed the dmv inspection. Bought some bfg 185's for 'Mercedes' with 2- 7/8" W.W. Look and feel great! I got them at W. Wade Antique tires in Dallas same price as Coker but usual TX taxes. Marc, Amphigr66n.
