HI All,

HAd a great time on Celina this year only wished I could have gotten
around to see more people. A few thoughts:

1. Otterbein: Billy really deserves a pat on the back for this it has
turned into a great event and the elderly really enjoy it.They are
bringing up there families and we are seeing more and more kids
coming up to share the day with their grandparents which I am sure
they love the fact that they found something that intrest the kids
more than Play stations.

2, Thursday there were 20 to 25 cars there maybe we should make it a
4 day event I am sure that there would be enough intrest.

3. Phyllis said she enjoyed the gallon margarita's and shots of
tequila a few of you will know what she means.

4. Beer for $1.05 who said paradise is only an amphicar.

5.Besides us Guys the event was really run by the women
Phyllis ,Chris E., Elizabeth, Glenda Baymen and al the others that
helped out .

6. Someone asked how celina was picked well here is the real story:

Our past president changed the date of the Swim in in New York and I
just got my car finished and couldn;t go because I coach High School
Soccer and this was in the middle of my season so I talked to Marc S.
and told him I found a festival up in Celina on the last weekend of
July and maybe we should get a few cars together and just have our
own little regional swim in well 64+ cars later here we are and they
keep getting bigger and better evey year.

Thanks for coming and look forward to seeing everyone at regional
events

Doug:
Thanks to Phyllis some of the wives I now know why I've never seen Chris
drink a shot of anything let alone Tequila. I thought she was going to have
a massive stroke. Can't handle it but that's ok. Next year maybe she can
try again.

Did you go to Put in Bay?

Your right about the trip to Otterbein. This was the first year we went
over and it was nice to see the elderly folks enjoy it so much. I had my
concerns about doing it but now I think I'll return each year.

We are thinking about going to Somerset in Sept. but heard it may conflict
with the Lake Geneva swim in which we want to attend this year. Does anyone
know what the dates are for Lake Geneva?

Mike

It never gets boring!! The turtle is another fine addition to BW2. I
need a larger Amphi so I can hang more crap. Less than 24 hours to
departure. Kids will not come to drive in to see Pontiac Moon. I cooked
them out. They can play some xbox game 24/7 but a few showings of movie
over a few year time frame is too much. I got to say I am looking
forward to seeing it with out crabbin!!! Plus in our Amphi at a drive
in!!! YEA BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A signed copy of Half
Safe-cool--Maybe a copy of the return trip too?? Viva Celina!!! Dave the
