unknown FIN

Hi,
you all know Amphicar FINs have 6 digits or 9 digits. The 9 digit FINs are
usually splitted 6 digit FINs added ..652.... in between.
This rule matches with all Amphicar FINs listed in the IAOC adress list (as
far as published) as well as with those listed by the Amphicar Club Berlin.
But now I detected at least three cars in different places with a not
matching 9 digit FIN.
One is : 103124328
another is: 103100301
the third one I do not know exactly, but I was assured it is also starting
with 1031......
Any more cars with this unusual 9 digit FIN?
Any comments?
Any other FINs not mentioned above?

Thanks,

I'll have to dig up my title but if I remember right my car is
marked with a 6 diget vin, 103702, and my title has a 9 diget vin
with 3 extra in the middle. 103XXX702...
