<font face="Arial" size="2">Has anyone ever set this seal using any type of gasket sealant such as Form a Gasket #2. I'm replacing this seal and there are a couple of nicks in the trans housing where it goes. I don't think nor want any trans oil to come out on my clutch/pressure plate etc. The sealant should help fill any imperfection in the housing. I don't think it would ever be a problem but see no reason not to use the gasket sealant to be sure. It should hold up to the oil etc. Does anyone have any thoughts.</font>
