I checked out the $39 wheel tie downs assuggested on this site. Am I going to have to install anchor points in the floor of my trailer to use these? All my anchor points now are on the frame rail. Scott

Scott -

I installed large square "U" bolts that are used for axels in my
trailer deck that work well for the flat hooks on my straps. They push
down to the deck out of the way when not in use. If you have wood
decking, make sure they either have a good backing plate or go through
the frame so they do not pull out.

The alternative is you can get use straight 10K/LB straps through the
slots in the wheels and out to your trailer's frame front and back if
you prefer not to install the anchor points for the over the tire web
style.
