I needed to have some creative loan to get deal started. After a while
Banker said ok. Now trying to get details of deal done. Good part is if
I get date right there may be a mess of Amphibians willing to help!.
That would be too cool. LaH20 guy is not allowed, he seems to find some
fabulous distractions!! mm mm mm. Later I hope I can swing this deal
Dave the Wave.........is it warm in here or is it that Lousiana hot sauce?
