My Amphi runs hot ,after installing a Spitfire engine , I have took out the thermostat , and runs alittle cooler,
is this advisable??

No, it messes up the flow and can cause local overheating. Never run Amphi engine without a thermo. Try and find what is causing the problem. First place to look is blockages in engine or rad. Check hoses. Then look at waterpump and all the other indirect stuff such as ignition timing.

Don, do you have the right water pump pulley installed? I'm assuming
you installed a 1500 and they used larger pulleys.
