Stress relief

Yesterday it was 70F here! Wow what a nice change from the teens. I
have been replacing the engine and trans in my truck. The
frustration of installing a new transmission, dropping the transfer
case into the gallon pan of trans fluid flinging it all over me and
every where, then finding out it is no good anyway was a bit much.
So Sasha (my Siberian Husky) and I went for a swim. A putt around
the lake listining to music and watching a guy on a Sky Ski wipe out
in front of me was relaxing. Later he told me he was trying to wave
at me as he did a flip. He got it half right!

Since Thanksgiving, my only transportation has been my Amphicar.
I've put a few hundred on the clock since then. Yes, I feel like I'm
in the 60s all over again. She starts up even in zero weather.
However the frozen water in the shocks make the ride a bit on the
bumpy side. :) Christmas shopping was a challenge getting inside the
store before the crowds gather was a challenge not to mention
the "Heater" or lack of. Rain-X anti-fog works great!
