spotted on highway

A neighbour told me he saw a yellow and a blue Amphicar, both in poor shape being towed on a trailer by an Ontario plated pickup truck yesterday, driving east on Ontario Canada's Hwy 401, near Brockville. Anybody aware of these cars?
