Speedometer Problem

Hi Gang,

Does anyone else have this problem? My speedo dial reads to 70 mph, then
goes to 08 and 06. Weird, huh? Is this a special speedo?

It sounds like the numbers got flipped 08=80 06=90? Marc.

I too, noticed the "80" and "90" are upside down too (in relation to
the other #s) and have since wondered who else did too. Weird, yes,
why, Humf, who knows. My guess is to make it easier to read screaming
with white knuckles & pulling the upholstery out of your rear end
while doing 90 in an Amphicar!
