Subject: Prop Shaft Bearing 3-19-2 Grease
How does the Prop Shaft Bearing 3-19-2 get its grease? I assume it
is from the fitting 3-19-15, and the prop shaft housing is filled to
capacity via the single grease fitting.

When I rebuild the prop shaft ass. I install a 2ed fitting back in the
housing.
The original fitting is between 2 seals with spring side away from the
nipple so grease would pass threw both ways..one being out on the floor.. It
must work thou as all have been full of grease in the tunnel, yeuk!!!
\2ede fitting can only be done during rebuilds or you will mix metal
fillings with grease.
