Purchasing an Amphicar

I recently joined this group as an Amphicar admirer and I hope to
someday soon become an owner. My family and I enjoyed meeting some of
you at the Celina Swim-in(we live in Michigan). I may be looking at a
prospective vehicle this weekend and would appreciate any advice from
anyone in the group regarding what I should look for and inpect.

A prospective Amphicar purchaser could do no better than to thoroughly
