Propeller Paint and Cleaning

I remember someone on this list a while ago mentioning what kind of white spray paint to use and how to clean the props to make them white again. Does anyone remember the paint brand and color, where to purchase it, and what was used to clean/bleach the props? Thanks.

I have done both painting and soaking in Clorox with the later
looking more like stock then bright white paint.

I used regular (not the plastic rated paint) Rust-oleum gloss white
after filing out the nicks and throughly cleaning with laquer
thinner, let dry and gave 2 medium coats. Mine have been in use for
over 3 years with only a few touch ups required due to stuff hitting
the props, not peeling paint issues.

I also took a pair of yellowed props and soaked them in Clorox for a
week. Every couple of days I would take a brush over them and put
them back in for soaking. They turned out pretty good and actually
look stock. If you can find industrial strength Clorox I'm told
they will clean up even faster / better.
