Your friend in Wisconsin would do well to contact Dave "The Wave" Derer of
Midwest Amphicar (see www.midwestamphicar.com ) in relatively close-by
Illinois. I happen to know that Dave has been sitting on a Project Amphi
that was priced in the $8000 neighborhood, although Dave may have done some
work on it since then. There are also a few ready-to-float cars on the Club
Classifieds at www.amphicar.com/ads.htm
