A friend of mine is the Midwest dealer for POR 15. His name is Jim Krolak.
He is extremely knowledgeable on the product, and know lots about Amphicars,
too. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced My latest restoration
uses a number of POR products. As I get more experienced, I'll let everyone
know more about my experience. So far, the product looks like it was
designed with the Amphicar in mind!

I'll contact him to see about a members discount.

Jim Krolak, owner of Permanent Restoration Products, has offered members of
the club a 5% discount on POR 15 products, not on shipping. Their web site
is www.prp-porstore.com, jim@prp-porstore.com, 877-548-9323. Just mention
the Amphicar Club.

John Bevins has used the product extensively, and although I have never used
it in the past, I am sold on it and think that the inventor may have had
Amphicars on his mind.

I think that it is that good!

I have used Por-15 to good result. Just make sure the metal is properly prepped
or it will not stick. Likewise, sugest ordering the six pack of small cans
unless you know you will use the larger can in one shot.

Eastwood has a similar product called Rust Encapsulator. Classic Auto Restorer
compared the two and favored the Eastwood product.
