Hi all,

We received our pictures from Panaround taken at Celina. The tube was crushed
and the picture damaged. Anyone else have this issue?

You'd think for $6 s&h they could use a tube a little tougher than a toilet
paper tube w/clear packing tape over the ends.... It cost them 81 cents to
mail it.
The picture was also stuck to the tape.

Steve,

Mine arrived unscathed, but I noticed the poor packaging too. I do
agree that the proper packing material would be a good investment.

I use mailing tubes from Office max to ship the schematics. They run
about $1 and they could easily cut them in half. I opted to use clear
tape on the ends instead of the plastic caps for ease of inspection
(with 9/11 in mind).
