Orig. Fire Extinguishers?

I have what I believe to be an original issue Fire Extinguisher.
Darrell Gaddy and I have traded emails on this and now that I finally
took the pic (yea, I know I'm s l o w) I thought I'd get some
opinions.

It is correct?
(see pic in photos section under Amphicar Extraordinaire's
restoration)

Now if I only had a tool kit and flares...
