In response to popular request by Club members, I am pleased to announce
that the first two Newsletters of former Amphicar clubs of yore are now
scanned and ready for viewing in the Club website's 'Members Only Area' at
http://www.amphicar.com/memberslogin.html .
First up are the premiere Fall 1967 issue of 'Gator Gossip' published by
Ranchero Motors (the successor to Amphicar Corporation of America) and the
inaugural June 1976 issue of the Newsletter of the Amphicar Club presided
over by the late Jim Nichols, Jr. As promised, I'll try to keep putting up
at least one back issue from these former clubs onto the site every week.
Since I didn't hear a peep from my appeal for various computer-related stuff
to help with the larger 'Amphicar Literature Project', here it is again.
