Old Pistons

Can anyone come up with a valid reason to save the pistons from before my motor was rebuilt?

They are pretty much shot, but I feel kind of guilty just throwing them away.

They make great ashtrays or conversation pieces sitting on the table.

I like the reasons I've read so far as to why save these pistons. My idea when I saw them was that they look like great paperweights. I'm not sure how they look in person, though. Actually, I like the idea of giving them away as prizes best. They could be shinned up & engraved. Ina in the Boro

The prize thing seems like a good idea. I'll put them on the side, if anyone wants them let me know! I may try and take the Dremel to one to see if I can get it shined up.
