Wow the best yet. Quiz :How long does it take to sink an Amphi by
leaving out its small bilge plug? Campground was fabulous. Thursday am
take carbs off and clean. Back to running sweet. Then mini power tour
heads over. Whats not to love about cubic inches and headers? Eric and I
give rides and Brad and Jill Swagger did too. Then off to the mighty
Mississippi. I hear engine sputter. Turn on bilge, then locked door.
Then looked at floor water is pushing upward. I know how to speak
jibberish I found. Then Margie hands Me bilge plug. Problem solved. It
was nearly a half hour!!!. So the answer is I do not know howl long it
takes to sink it. I was shaking like a leaf. I at least put wallet and
phone in glove box before jumping in! Bar Maids wonderful wonderful
wonderful. Haunted House great. 8 different ramps. Later Dave the ,Hey
Caponne spell check this Wave

So..if you have your bilge pickup positioned correctly, and it removes
virtually all of the water, why remove the plug at all? On the few
occasions I have, the bilge pump has taken the water down lower than the
bilge plug hole, so removing it did no good at all. I just pump on the
uphill part of the ride home.
