Nuts, bolts and fasteners...

Does anyone out there sell a kit or combination of kits with all the
nuts, bolts and fasteners for the Amphicar? A lot of my chrome
interior and exterior fasteners have lost there luster and I was
wondering if I could just replace them with a kit rather then ordering
stuff separately as I find I need them. It would be nice to have them
all on hand when I start to reassemble the car.

Hi Craig,

Check with Hugh. I think he had put a kit together a couple of years
ago.

Great question Craig. Someone (I think Cap'n John) mentioned this a few
years ago and it's be a great idea. Don't expect all the exact parts but
hopefully the kit would include most of what is correct. Maybe Gordon has
done this already.

I used to see similar kits available for british cars. I think I inquired a few
years ago and there were no such kits available for amphi. Things may have
changed since then.
