New Celina registration form

I re-did the Celina registration form. If you have already filled it
out, PLEASE fill it out again so we get all the info we need to make
this a smooth operation. Mostly so Gloria won't beat me for forgetting
a couple of items!

John, filled it out however the "other button" for color is not
working. I clicked on one of the standard colors however it stated
there was an error. Should I paint my car a standard color to process
form and attend Celina?
