Mentioned on TV

The presidential historian Doris Kearns Goodwin was on CNBC
this afternoon, and mentioned LBJ's amphibious car. She said, talking
about presidents on vacation: "the only time he seemed to really have
a good time, at his ranch, was when he was taking someone around in
his amphibious car and driving them in the water." Actually, I think
she said "cars". I didn't know he had more than one Amphicar.
Another small moment of fame for Amphicars.
