I was going to go up to my nephew's and get the engine hoist to
install the drive train in the Amphi. Well, seems a pile of oily rags
spontaneously combusted. The 50 gal LPG tank exploded destroying his
2 month old 30x60 garage, '24 Model T hot rod show car, one owner '77
Ford F-250 4x4, 2000 TransAm, and countless tools. It scorced the
siding right off his house only 12' from the garage. Nodody hurt or
home at the time.

The explosion was so powerful that it blew the whole front end
(engine and all) right off the Ford. I posted a couple of pics in the
Photos section.

I feel so bad for him. He and his brother and sisters built it
themselves.

A word of warning - NEVER LEAVE GREASY OR OILY RAGS PILED UP. ALWAYS
HANG THEM UP OR BETTER YET, GET RID OF THEM ALL TOGETHER.
