Has anyone replaced their master-cyl with a 2-line system?
If so, what did you use?
Who's selling the 'tranny dip-stick'? I'd like to buy one.

Hey Ken, are you going to be at Back to the 50's? or anyone else with
Amphicars?
I'll have mine there (www.tbirdsquare.com) Finally got it all done. I
need to update the website with some "swimmin" pictures. Had it out a
couple times now and it works great, what a riot!

Those Tranny Dipsticks, and lots of other fine and useful Amphicar mods
(swimming steps that slide into the jack point, magnetic drain plugs,
steering box braces, engine oil dipstick extenders, etc.) can be found at
Rob Vondracek's http://www.notsobigtrailer.com/access.html .

I am already using the land tranny dipstick assembly in the OLD BUOY and
give it a viagra-induced "thumbs up". Like many owners, my gear oil tends
to migrate here and there between the trannies from time to time...probably
by weeping past the original tired seals, especially so after long sustained
land use.

This land tranny dipstick assembly of Rob's makes it ultra-convenient to
keep tabs on the oil level, takes only a few minutes to mount, requires no
drilling or any other real modifications from originality, and is just a
splendidly made product.
