LIVE CELINA WEBCAM. Watch the Amphis !

Was missing the action this year and so a quick Google and found a webcam that overlooks the main intersection in the heart of Celina. It's good quality and updates every second. The car show (on now) is behind the pinkish coloured building in the background, you can see some of the cars on the right. The parade route later today will come in to view from bottom right and leave top right. 

I found this sight last night, seen more than 10 Amphicars so far, who's was the white car that came in from the West and turned North at 5:30AM local time today??!!

Should see a lot of cars go past just before 2 local time on there way to the Hot Hole although some years they go the back route which means they will miss the camera :-(

I finally got it to work. Use arrow, follow down below word "google" and a yellow information menu comes up saying something like "do you wish to install --- software?" I did, it did.

The web site requires an Active X "camera control" plug-in be installed to allow proper viewing. In OE6, a warning comes up telling you that you need the plug-in. If you allow it, OE6 will find the plug-in, install it, and then you will see the live pixs directly.

If you are not using OE6, then I don't know what results you will get.

We were very disappointed that we didn't make it again this year

I watched most of the parade from our front roll seating sitting at the
computer! We also used Firefox and it worked fine for us as well. Dan
had to run get a movie for the kids and missed the amphicars going by
(thank you for posting the photos so he could see them anyway) It seemed
like I only counted about 27-28 cars going by. How many cars are there
this year?

Al Heath - hook em horns buddy!!!!! Even down here in Texas, I saw those
horns going by in the parade!

Thanks again for setting up the webcam. I hope we can see other events
as well.

David: It was a hand-built pontoon boat. Very high quality, too.

Unfortunately, there was a bit of trouble in the water Friday night
during the Hot-Hole splash event, but is a beautiful piece of
craftsmanship!
