Yep, he was running one of those but some plumbers had to pull him back to his trailer when it had

Thats a good idea about the most distance with an Amphicar----------so new rules------ but now you can win two rubber drinking containers AND a T shirt by going to Lake Ozark

Dave I believe is running a 1300 engine so HO stands for high(er)
output. I'm guessing he jumped from 43 horse to 52 horses? That should
get him over de hills a little better!
BTW, "lah20car", who are you? I see some folks elect to not sign off
with their name. It would be nice to know who's speaking up on this
list. I like your idea for a prize to the person that drove the
furthest. I'll throw in a new "Amphicar-The only car with a right to
rust" T-shirt. Only one rule-must bring an Amphicar.
