In Memoriam: Dr. Aaron Robert Monier

It is with the profoundest sympathy that I have been asked to announce the
death in an automobile accident of Dr. Aaron Robert Monier, 27, son of Susan
and David Monier, well known to all Amphicar owners as organizers of the
popular Mt. Dora gatherings each spring.

The following is the text of the obituary as it appears in the September 15,
2004 issue of the Citrus County Chronicle:


Aaron Monier, 27 Inverness

Dr. Aaron Robert Monier, 27, Inverness, died Thursday, Sept. 9, 2004, in
Inverness. Born May 22, 1977, in Inverness to Dr. David I. And Susan Monier,
he was a lifetime resident of this area. Dr. Monier was pharmacist manager
at Winn-Dixie, Inverness. He was a graduate of Citrus High School (1995) and
received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Florida A&M (2002). He was a
member of Coastal Conservation Association and was a fishing, hunting and
outdoors enthusiast. He was a member of First United Methodist Church,
Inverness. Survivors include his parents, Dr. David I. And Susan (Topham)
Monier of Inverness; brother, Eric Lee Monier and wife, Jennifer, of
Inverness; sister, Valerie Lynn Daverio and husband, David, of Sarasota;
paternal grandmother, Helma Monier of Goffstown, N.H.; paternal
stepgrandmother, Claira Monier of Goffstown, N.H.; maternal grandmother,
Dorothea Topham Kerr of Inverness; nephews, Jeremiah and Elijah Monier of
Inverness; fianc?e, Crystal Gayle McClure of Inverness; and many aunts,
uncles and cousins. Hooper Funeral Home, Inverness.
