"ignition on" hot wire location?

i'm trying to find a wire that is under the hood (engine hood) that is only hot when the key is in the on position.

i've got to hook up my electronic ignitor to it so it's only hot when the car is running.

i've got a wiring diagram, and so far i'm only able to find "constant" hot wires.

any ideas besides running a wire all the way from the ignition switch back to the motor?

Black wire to coil ,from wire harness is the hot , key on power that you hook it up to. other side of coil ran to std. dist.
Pos ground Dist in pick.

I just re wired Steve's whole car, his old harness let the smoke escape!
