In my ongoing efforts to promote the IAOC to new
levels, increase membership, and website traffic,
the Jay Thomas Show on Sirius Satellite Radio
has asked me to do a 20 minute interview tomorrow
at 12:30 PST (3:30 EST). I don't know what to expect
but I'll do my gilled best to describe our club's
amphibious cultures and answer all (if any) of the
call-in questions. They said something about over
100,000 listeners... OMG! Might be good for a few
laughs (or my impeachment). If you have Sirius and
taping capapbilities, please record this for the
club archives and send me a CD. Many thanks.
BTW - What does one wear to a radio interview?

Be well, swim safe!

Jay Thomas gig went okay. Dude was
really after some comedic slant to
using Amphicars in the New Orleans rescue
efforts. I got him to shift gears and
go more towards the fun of having an
Amphicar and really promoted Amphicar.com.
Also covered a few technical aspects,
value and current costs. I had a half
page of other stuff I wanted to get to,
but it was his show and it went at his
pace and in his direction. So it goes.
Did anyone catch the broadcast?
Wonder if our website got a spike in hits?
