Hydraulic clutch?

I have been tossing around some ideas in my head for operating the
clutch by hand. Throttle and brake are already taken car of with a
standard set of hand controls.

I think by using a hydraulic clutch setup, I can add a motorcycle
type handle added to my hand controls to operate the clutch with
little effort. I have little experience with them so any help as far
as suggestions for a particular slave and master cylinder to be
adapted would be helpful.

Now that I have spent over 2 years on restoring this car by myself
(except paint), I guess I really should be able to drive it too. :) I
did the same with my Harley. I bought it and then designed a way to
ride it. Having the bike sitting there was great motivation! (Patent
