Hell and back

My life will be the death of me. How to put into words the enjoyment and
the pain of an Amphicar. How to be able to touch a person and to be able
to punch a person. To want to give and want to take. I miss a great
friend that died just before Celina. So much has happened in the last
six months. Just when you think you have it about right the ol' curve
ball comes out. Then you get up, dust off and swing again. I want to say
Thank You, to the best group of people that I have been allowed to be
part of. I am too loud, too bright, and too dangerous some times. Soon
enough (but not soon enough for some) I will be quiet, dull and tame.

Ummm....We've met your Dad and know all about his predelictions, Wave Boy:
favors that "Sweet" Vermouth, don'cha know (please see:
http://www.drinkboy.com/LiquorCabinet/Wines/SweetVermouth.html for further
details and priceless cordless mixer tips...and remember: "shaken not
stirred", which is why I'LL be bringing the proper sterling silver
travelmixer kit next year to Celina, along with my own genetically
far-drifted family).

Now, assuming the apple hasn't fallen in a wholly different time zone from
the tree in your case, I'd reckon the chances of you mellowing with age are
right up there with a two-term Quayle Administration. Just a hunch, of
course.

Fact is, personalities you and Margie would, under "normal" circumstances,
only be contactable through, like, the William Morris Agency or maybe a fan
club site. Everyone KNOWS this, Dave. As far and Many of us are concerned,
observing you and yours in the wild is just on of the many perks of Amphicar
ownership.

Dave, sometimes we all have a wake-up call in our life and it puts our life
in a different course, I'm glad you found peace within yourself and you are
right, you do have the greatest guys in the club that will always be there for
you just as you have been there for many of us... i wish the best to you in the
growth of you business, and from a former bodyman after seeing that red car
painted and done, you got my vote!!!
Best of luck, John
