Ahoy Dave the Wave,
All is well so far. Cutlass towed fine but narly winds in moutain pass
were hairy. A few close calls with semi trucks, but no problems.
AMPHI IS A HUGE HIT! I played "stunt double" for the show host and did
a massive 30 mph splash entry for the camera. Everyone was in awe and I
got kuddos for the next 2 hours. I've given a dozen car load of rides,
each one an adventure, and even one late night cruise to a local pub -
the local drunks were mighty shocked.
There's 4 teams competing with semi-amphi capability launching Monday
down the river. River water current is INTENSE at 6 to 10 knots. Too
strong for my Amphi to go up river and VERY hard to get out of the river
(hence I was the stunt double). I predict all 4 teams will need water
resuce/tow to shore. Should be a hoot to watch them compete tomorrow
morning... some teams might even sink. All and all a wild weekend with
the Junkyard Wars gang.
Please forward to Mike Isreal ASAP. Thanks.
Be well, swim safe.

Hello, How would I get a copy of the new video? I am interested in
amphicars and would like to see the video. Thank you. A future amphi
person.
