I don't know what would cause the change unless the stop screw (part
#25-46) has loosened. You can easily adjust the maximum turn the wheels
make each way by adjusting the two stop screws which are threaded into the
top cover (part # 25-42) and kept in position with locknuts (part #25-45) -
you can see them under the tie rod cover (part #34-10) and will probably
have to remove the cover to make adjustments.
