front brakes rebuilt

can anybody help me with the modification wich is refered too at the uni parts
list at amphicar.com i dont have the information but i need to rebuilt the
cilinders and pistons.
If possible if anybody has partsnumbers wich are usefull in europe i would like
to have them.
