Robert:

My antivirus scanner intercepted a version of the "W32.Magistr.39921@mm"
virus apparently sent from your email address to the Amphicar-Lovers List,
to wit:

Date: 11/25/01, Time: 3:43:30, The file these.com in compressed file
c:\windows\TEMP\NAE26.MME was infected with the W32.Magistr.39921@mm virus.
The file was repaired.

The text of your message (without the attached virus, of course) is attached
below. As you can see, it looks like the virus is dragging random text from
one of the documents on your machine and just shoveling it out there to
who-knows-where in your email address book without your knowledge.

This is a potentially system-damaging trojan worm style virus that is using
your machine to propagate, so you should act as soon as possible to correct
it. For more information on this virus and what to do about it, see:

http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.magistr.39921@mm.html

Good Luck! (and in future don't open those email attachments...ever.)

Setup Stops Responding During Hardware Detection

------------------------------------------------

If Setup stops responding while it is detecting the

hardware in your computer, turn your computer off and

wait a few seconds, then turn it back on. You may need

to do this several times, because Setup could stop

responding during several different detection modules.
