I just had to replace the emergency brake cable on the drivers side
and ordered a new one from Gordons but the rubber sleeve that the
bellows attached to was to big for the hole in the body my question
is. Is there different size tunnels for the emerg brake hole or all
they all the same?

Doug:
I think I recall someone else saying they had the same problem with the
sleeve. I bet it's a production error.

Doug,

I had to replace my emergency brake cable last winter. What a
sickening feeling to pull on the hand brake, hear a pop, and then feel a
slack handle. This was especially bad news for me since at that time my
real brakes weren't working too good either.
I remember puzzling over the rubber sleeve sent to me from Huge
with the new cable assembly. I began to wonder if my car's hand brake
had been rebuilt sometime in the past with non stock stuff. I called
Huge for help. Turns out that in my case the old cable was so crusted
up and covered with z-bar that I had failed to noticed that part of it
was still stuck in the through-body slot in the wheel well. After
breaking free this last piece of the old cable housing, and pulling with
a pair of pliers I managed to get it out. I also needed a file to clean
up the through-body slot. Only then could I could reassemble according
to Huge's instructions.
Good luck
