Seeing Your Land Rover link reminded Me of Hughs "new" "Amphicar"
bumper! LOL. Since Celina, fuel injection has been on My mind. Mega
Squirt is a site for making Your own fuel injection controller. The
Delphi engineers talked about a Honda 1.8 which has lots of bolt in
qualitys. **radiators** Indy Sam posted phone number for his Guy. He
spent lots of time and came up with really nice radiator and trans
cooler. Perhaps someone has it. Later Dave the Wave

OK, I don't get it... but I'm new...

Lots of the Rover guys use the MegaSq system. Most have positive
results, but most applications are race based. I've messed with it a
little on some service cars, but haven't ever installed one of those
from scratch.

From looking at the Amphi I can visualize 3 or 4 different relatively
easy swaps. Like the Vtec set up we did in a Mini Cooper, but I think
that an engine swap crosses the line for a car I'll likely drive 1000
miles a year. I put about 2500 a year on my Dune Buggy, so that is a
guess as to how much I'll use the Amphi.

A mild 1300 seems to be what the Doc ordered from reading the posts
so far. More uphill grunt and no real big issues.

My main goal with upgrades is to build out "vintage" problems, not go
for the Amphi land speed record.

What about the disc brake guy? Does he have a web site or anyone have the #??

Thanks all,
Mike
